Heart to Heart 2
Posted by under For Realty Professionals, Palos Verdes Real Estate Training
It has often been said that life is 10 percent of what happens to us and 90 percent of how we react to it. Today, our entire leadership team is focused on reacting to the market shift and the needs of our people.
At the heart of our Keller Williams culture is the inherent responsibility to protect those we care about and shore each other up in tough times. Coming from a place of love and true understanding of how the market is affecting our people, KWRI will be investing $1,000,000 in special programs especially designed to help our agents and market centers survive in today’s market.
This effort has been named Operation Heart to Heart II, and in the spirit of our company-wide effort in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, this is a 90-day, action-focused, outreach program. It provides support for both market center profitability and agent productivity and is outlined below.
To Support Agent Productivity:
Mega Survival Class
. This class will be taught in up to 10 of our most populated agent areas focusing on how agents can survive in today’s market
. Associates of market centers who bring 5 or more recruits will attend for free
. Recruiting scripts will be provided to maximize the impact you make on recruits
Agent Mountain on KWConnect
. This new Website, launching in early October, is designed for our agents by Gary Keller, and features audio, video, and other materials designed to deliver associates productivity tools and resources relevant in today’s market (available to KWConnect subscribers). Be on the lookout for an announcement in October!
Jeff Elias Creative Finance Training Program
. KWRI will hire Jeff Elias, trainer and guru on creative financing, to deliver seminars throughout the country
. This class is offered for free to regions who can guarantee 100 attendees
. Flat seminar fee of $1,000 if under 100 attendees (50-99)
. Product discount ($280 product fee reduced to $159.95)
